Marshall Crawford Appraisals was founded in 1987 and is located in the City of Encinitas, San Diego County, California.

Our level of expertise encompasses tract type housing from the smallest pocket tracts to the largest planned residential communities. Our particular area of expertise includes appraisals of the largest custom homes and properties in the communities of Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Del Mar, Coronado, Point Loma, Mission Hills, Mount Helix and La Jolla. Our reputation for the highest quality reports has been based on our unyielding commitment to produce the most thorough appraisal reports available on all residential properties. We pride ourselves on our ability to analyze specifically, those properties considered complex (or unique) due to design, location or economic influences.
